About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who has an account on Creative Library (creative.lunarstrategy.com), which Lunar Strategy ("we", "us") runs. You create an account the first time you log in with Google, and by doing so you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not log in. You can still browse the public library without an account.

If you had an account before these terms, the site shows them to you once, with an “I agree” button. When you click it and keep using your account without asking us to delete it, you accept these terms.

These terms include the Disclaimer and the Privacy page. The Disclaimer also applies to every visitor.

What the library is

Creative Library is a reference collection of marketing creatives that were posted publicly on X. We provide a place where these creatives are listed, described and made searchable. We are not the owner, the author or the publisher of the creatives.

We do not host the creatives

We do not host, keep or re-upload the creatives. Each image and video in the library loads directly from its original public post on X. For each creative we keep only a link to the post, its text, the account that posted it, and our own tags and recipe. The Disclaimer explains this in full.

Your account

You log in with your Google account. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Google account secure.

Submitting content

With an account, you can submit links to public posts on X for the library. You send a link, never a file: we do not ask you to upload an image or a video, and we do not accept uploads. You are fully responsible for every link you submit. Before you submit a post, it is up to you to make sure that sharing it here is allowed and that it does not break any law or anyone's rights.

We do not check, and we are not responsible for checking:

• who made a creative, or who owns the rights in it;
• whether the account that posted it had permission to post it;
• whether you have permission to submit it;
• whether anyone presents the creative as their own work;
• whether anything the creative says or shows is true.

Do not submit posts that are unlawful, infringing, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit or harmful, or posts that expose someone's private information. Do not send links in bulk as spam.

When you submit a link, you allow us to store it, to show the public post in the library, to describe it with tags, a recipe and an effort level, and to remove it at any time.

Approval is not endorsement

An admin reviews each submission before it is listed. The review only decides whether a post fits the library: whether it is a public marketing creative that is useful as a reference.

An approval does not mean that Lunar Strategy endorses, supports or agrees with a creative, its creator, the brand, the product or any claim in it. It does not mean that we checked that the creative is accurate, lawful or original, or who owns it.

If a listed creative turns out to be wrong, misleading, infringing or harmful, the responsibility stays with the people who made, posted and submitted it. When we learn of a problem, we will remove or correct the listing.

We only provide the library

We offer the library as a place where content is listed. We do not take part in making, owning, licensing or distributing the creatives. We are not responsible for how anyone uses a creative they find here, including anyone who copies one or presents it as their own.

We can decline, remove or change any submission, listing, tag or recipe at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Using the library

Use the library for reference, inspiration and your own original work. The Disclaimer explains what you may not copy. Do not copy or scrape the library in bulk, automate submissions or saves, try to reach other people's accounts or the admin area, or do anything that disrupts the site or breaks the law.

Emails we send

We use the email address of your Google account to send you:

• Account emails: important information about your account, your submissions and changes to these terms. They are part of the service, so you get them for as long as you have an account.
• Product updates: news about new features and changes to the library. Each one has a link to unsubscribe.
• Marketing emails from Lunar Strategy: news and offers from Lunar Strategy, only if you said yes. You choose after your first login, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

We never sell your email address. The Privacy page says what else we store.

Our content

The design of the site, the tags, the recipes, the effort levels and the Lunar Strategy name and marks belong to Lunar Strategy. The creatives belong to their owners, as the Disclaimer explains.

Removal and complaints

If you own rights in a listed creative, or you think a listing is wrong, email [email protected] with the link. We will look at it and remove or correct the listing.

Your responsibility for your submissions

If someone makes a claim against Lunar Strategy because of a link you submitted, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that follow, as far as the law allows.

No warranty, limited liability

The library is free and provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, accurate or always available. As far as the law allows, Lunar Strategy is not liable for any loss or damage that arises from the library, from the content listed in it, or from content that other people submit. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Closing your account

You can stop using the library at any time and ask us to delete your account, as the Privacy page describes. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the library.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies. The site then shows you the new terms with an “I agree” button. When you click it and keep using your account without asking us to delete it, you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
